Arranging a stag in Thailand

Hi there I’m helping arrange a stag do for March 2021
There is 10/15 men going ages 30/50
We are looking at staying in Bangkok for couple of days and then going to a island for 5/6 days
Has to be some where with good night life not to crazy and somewhere you can have good excursions from
Booking flights March / April this year
Any advice would be welcome
