There is a say in Thai that drunken people make tasty(and very spicy) food. Therefore the Drunken stir fried dish is usually a very flavorful dish that packed with loads of chilies and herbs with strong aroma.

Ingredients
150g.fresh wide rice noodle
150g.shrimp
2tbspcooking oil
3arge cloves garlic (minced)
150-200g.veggies of your choiceChinese kale, broccolini, broccoli, baby corn, carrot, cauliflower, snap peas, etc.
fresh Thai chilies (crushed)
fresh large chili pepper (sliced)
1cupThai holy basil leaves
3kaffir lime leaves (optional)
3stems of fresh peppercorns (optional)
Seasonings
2tbspfish sauce
1tbspseasoning sauce or light soya sauce
1tbspoyster sauce
1/2tbspdark soya sauce (optional for darkening the color)

Instructions
Heat up the pan, add cooking oil. Add minced garlic into the pan, sauté the garlic with medium heat until golden brown.
Add shrimps into the pan and fry with high heat until semi cooked.
Add veggies into the pan and sauté it quickly in high heat.
Add noodles and seasonings into the pan and mix everything together.
Once the noodle is cooked, add chilies, chili peppers, holy basil, kaffir lime leaves and fresh peppercorns into the pan. Sauté everything together and turn off the heat.
Notes
For an even better taste and better aroma, sauté the noodle with 1 tsp of oil in a very hot pan/wok first and set it aside. It will give this nice wok fried aroma to the noodle.
