Sauce to Marinate the Pork

garlic

soy sauce

cooking wine

Instructions
Poke the skin of the pork belly with a knife.
Blend the ingredients to marinate pork until smooth.
Pour the sauce on the pork and mix well.
Chill in the fridge for 3 days.
Preheat oven at 250°C and bake for 15-20 minutes. Flip to the other side and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Slice and enjoy with hot steaming rice.
