Cook The rice noodles as instructed on the package. They should be soft (but still chewy and not mushy) after boiling, rinse them with cold running water.
Mix sugar and water until completely dissolved and mix with all the seasonings.
Heat up a skillet on high heat and add oil.Add garlic and start stirring until you smell its aroma.
Add the shrimp or Beef, tofu pieces and continue stirring. As soon as the shrimp or Beef changes color , add noodless, sprouts and stir continuously for about 30 seconds.
Goes seasoning sauce and stirred until well combined. And last goes 1/2 scallions and 1/2 carrots and take of the heat after 20 seconds.
Notes
Serve immediately with rest of carrots, scallions, peanuts and lime wedges.
