I was told that I need to carry a certain amount of baht in cash when I land in Thailand to prove I’m not “beg packing”.
Can anyone confirm if this is true? And what is the minimum amount me and my partner need to carry on us when we get to Bangkok Airport?
Proof of financial means is 20,000 baht per person/40,000 baht per family
