Depends on where. Inland Surat Thani and Krabi provinces had major flooding,but the coastal areas were fine. Generally, there will be a downpour mid late afternoon 30-60 mins then normal service is resumed
Not too bad generally. I’m usually in Bangkok, Hua Hin or Pattaya in June/July. The wet season mostly kicks off later in August.
I live in BKK and last couple of years it has rained mostly in the afternoon for an hour or two. Nothing major.
Been to koh Samui, koh Tao twice in last three years in July and it’s been great. An odd shower but not enough to stop doing anything. Would go again
