Not at mini marts or big C. You have to buy a reusable bag. Not sure about street stalls as I haven’t brought anything yet.
What are piracy items?
Some stores like Tesco and 7-11 have them upon request, but they will usually charge an extra 3 baht for it. Or you can buy the reusable bags they have for sale.
Yes in 7/11 and family mart they only supply them if asked other wise in shops and market stalls they are still supplied
