Does anyone have any solid info on Thailand’s new required 14 day quarantine if you’re traveling through Korea, China, Japan, Singapore (etc.) en route there?

Load of of rubbish, its an advisory for Thai nationals who have been to any infected area, to self quarantine if they have any symptoms. That’s been turned into anyone coming here will be quarantined total hype or tripe as my mum would say
