Air Asia sucks, they only have customer chat support and that too doesn’t work.
Air Asia have a fail safe set up . you can easily contact them to buy . NOT for anything else 🙁
I had the same problem with them last year plus the flight was really bad plus service will never fly with them again.
Good luck with Qatar, our supposed flight was last sat, still heard nothing after numerous emails etc
