Quick question, we are wanting to spend a good amount of time in Lanta relaxing on the beach with our 3 kids, 9, 7 and 3. We would like to do the island tours, railey and so forth. Is is best to stay on Ao nang to do these tours or from Lanta? Does is make any difference between them? We have about 8 nights in total.

We’re in aonang now. So close to 4 islands. Hong etc.

2 hours drive plus ferry from Ao Nang to Lanta. Islands very close to Ao Nang. Ao Nang has plenty to do very close, then go to Lanta to chill out. ?
