I went into Dep land transport with letter from immigration and medical certificate and got car and bike licenses from my Australian licence
It’s required I believe that you obtain either a Thai permit or an international driver’s permit. I’ve done so before I came. I’ve also driven without one but the fine is several thousand THB if your caught
You must have an Australian motorcycle licence too obtain the same licence here in Thailand. If have travel insurance and you have an accident they won’t pay you unless your properly licenced in both countries. Be careful
