If your visa expires prior to your return to Thailand, you have no variants. Still, there are almost 4 months till July, the situation with corona probably will be settled. If your visa expires anyway, you can get a new one in Thai Embassy in Tokio http://site.thaiembassy.jp/en/

Re-entry can’t last longer than the visa. If you don’t come to Thailand within the time your visa is valid, the visa will expire. You don’t have any choice. Come before it expires or make a new visa.
