here’s a video from Thailand tourism board. It should answer your questions:

For anyone wondering if it is safe to travel to #Thailand right now. The answer is YES. There are only 33 cases of the #coronavairus and are being dealt with the highest degree of caution. If you want a stress free, less crowded trip, now is the time to #travel! #insider #tip https://t.co/TcF12fD91a

Don’t worry about this , my friend who is a doctor and has worked with WHO told me that Thailand , Cambodia , Philippines, are totally safe thus far , this virus is spread much differently than others , most countries are blocking flights from China now , I am going there next week from Canada , I changed my flight that connected in Shanghai to a direct Vancouver to Manila , then head to Bangkok from there.

I want to travel back to Thailand and I think it would be best now before things get worse. Keeping pumping Vitamin C 3 times a day into your system.

Please take care, put mask and use sanitizer. Not. If you use mask for long time you will consume your own carbon dioxide, after sometime due to heat you may feel migrane and headache. Be careful, I am not sure why everyone is hiding the fact of serious threat of this virus.
