Honestly, Facebook groups, marketplace, and just good old fashioned walking around.

Going to a condo block or village. Asking around. Spending a bit of time. Often security will know someone. Don’t use an independent agent! Fly by nights.
If you want for longer than 6 months real estate agents are free and have many places available not listed in groups. They will also drive you around to show which is a great help if you are new to the area
If you lived here a while and know your way around use Facebook groups if your city is large enough to have one
Best luck I’ve had is to drive around an area you like and ask as many people as possible. Works a treat and will save you getting ripped off by agencies / websites etc
