Im considering the investment VISA (10000000 thb in bonds or real estate), Ive heard and read the condo cant be too old, but i have never found anything on the exact terms or a list of condos that are eligible for this VISA? Anyone knows?

It has to be a new property.
Personally, I wouldn’t bother and would just buya 20 year Thailand Elite membership/visa for 1000000 baht.
