I own a condo and every time my finn friends come to see me from abroad, I must go to Chonburi immigration to report their stay at my property within 24 hrs. Is there a better way to do it? Email, phone call or something?
They announced an application (Android) called Section38, it’s available for free on Google Play Market. This app is an official one from the Immigration Dept of Thailand. From now on you can report address of a foreigner staying in your premises via this app.
You or your guest can do it in person in Immigration office or via Section38 app.
