Hey everyone, i recently been sent back or deported from thailand, that happen on arrival i didnt even have the chance to enter the country, i spent thenight at the detention centre on the airport and sent back to australia the next morning, the reason was that i have a criminal record and the thai immigration were advised by the australian police about my criminal history before i arrived , i did receive 2 stamps in thailand 1 for departure and another one not sure what it is , its in thai, they took my photos and made me sign some paper work, i havet even received any forms or paperwork from them, my question is am i now in blacklist from thailand or banned or whats happening?, i also have dualcitizenship, am i allowed to use that other passport to try and fly back to thailand in the near future or will they know? thank everyone

I’m very surprised to hear this happened and I’m not sure I believe it, are you certain the Australian GOV disclosed your conviction details to the Thais ? How do you know this ?
Why would they do this ?
Edit: I think I know why. I came across this article : https://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-40436976
Have you (the original poster) been convicted of a sex offense against a child ? If so your travelling days are over…
