yes, you can.

BUT, the trick with condos and the reason why we can own them is, you own the space within the walls. You don’t technically own anything material except the contents. It will vary building to building but short answer is yes (I’ve sold adjacent units to a client for this purpose). Other short answer…just need to check with the dev
