Also staying at Kata Noi beach..does anyone know if there are plenty of places within walking distance to eat around there?
Yes you should be able to find it all. Example MacDonalds KFC etc. . it tends to be better than in North America

Yes… On Patong beach Road there is a restaurant called The Place. Great Italian food. And plenty of fast food chains… MacDonalds, KFC, Burger king
All restaurants will have something g like this for the kids
Yes plenty but things like Maccas are very expensive.
