I just was reading a Reply in another Site about Marriage Visa in Thailand
It was stated:
…First, you may apply for a ninety-day Non Immigrant O Visa based on marriage and then convert this to a 1-year marriage visa.
Once you have applied for 3 consecutive years of visa extensions on the marriage visa, you can then apply for permanent residence for Thailand….
Is this a prooven Fact?
Are there other Regulations ?
