I tried to extend my non imm o visa on the 28th Feb using last years requirements, but I was told that I had to show 12 months of pension payments into a Thai bank, which I thought was a requirement for extension applications from the first March. Anyway, now I have to leave the country by the 12th March and put 800Ktbh in my Thai account, where it initially has to rest for 2 months.
My Multiple Entry Tourist Visa expires on the 5th May and MY QUESTION is this; when I return to Thailand (before the expiration of my visa) will I automatically get a further ninety day extension or do I have to apply for it?

Do you have a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa or a Non Imm O Visa.
Two different answers depending on your Visa type.
