Soi 8 Sawadee Hotel $30 including breakfast It’s at the end of the street and they have a golf cart shuttles you down to the Sukhumvit where the bars are so it’s quiet where you stay, It’s centrally located you can walk to Nana Plaza or any of the other places you might want to go Soi 11 right across the way is a fun street also

Nouvo City hotel- it’s a halal-certified hotel near Phra athit road
I’m not sure if it’s halal or not in Bangkok but anantara in Phuket had halal meat! So maybe you can mail or call them and ask anantara in Bangkok?

Not sure about breakfast. But me will definitely go to usman thai muslim food for lunch. Nearby sukhumvit soi 22. Heard that yana restaurant at Mbk mall is delicious too?
Try Sukhumvit Soi 3, 5 or 7.
