Koh Samui to Donsak Pier by a ferry, which will take 2:30 hours approx. Once you are in Donsak Pier, catch a bus straight to Krabi, you will get there in 3 hours, to finally get in the Ferry to Phi Phi in less than 2 hours.
A much faster option is to fly Bangkok airways to Krabi airport, taxi to pier then ferry to Phi Phi island but it won’t be as cheap as what Darren Low recommended.
