Shoulders and knees (male and female too) should be covered. If it is possible, cover your ankles too.
Men are expected to wear conservative collared shirts and shorts that come to the knee, although pants are preferred.
Women must cover their cleavage and shoulders and wear pants or skirts that are at least knee-length.
Most of the popular temples provide visitors with free wraps just in case you’ve not covered up enough.
Your clothing should be in accordance to the place you are visiting. This is not only for a temple.
