We take Thai Bhat and our card
I had a travel card from CBA. I was told by the bank that there is a $2.50 fee with each withdrawal. Thailand banks charge also $10 each withdrawal. So $12.50 each withdrawal. Take cash
Cash
Change a little and do the rest there much better rates
Cash is king, not crunched up notes and no writing on them, change it all at Bangkok airport at superich exchange
Best to bring fresh crisp $1.00 bills hopefully still in the wrappers from your bank. Yes. $1.00 bills with George Washington on them!
