Coconut soup with chicken in Thai we call
#TomKha Gai
Ingredients/recipe
– 600 g. Chicken
– 300 g. Oysters mushrooms
– 70 g. Galengal
– 70 g. Lemongrass
– 70 g. Shallots
– 30 g. Red chilli peppers
– 5 g. Kaffir lime leaves
– 10 g. Culantro
– 10 g. Coriander
– 10 g. Dry chilli
– 600 g. Thick coconut milk ( I use Aroy D brand)
– 900 g. Water
-1 1/½ tbsp. tamarind
-1 1½ tbsp. Lime juice
-1 1½ tbsp. Plam sugar or normal sugar
– 7 tbsp of fish sauce ( or you can use salt) test the same good But be careful with salt you can put little first then you can put more untill you think is good test.
