First time I went many years ago a rude female officer told me I had gone too early to extend my visa, as I was leaving she she no don’t come back here go to Bangkok office (we did not live there) we do not do extensions here. When I pointed out the sign outside saying they did do extensions and asked why they had the form for one I just filled in she told my wife I was too stupid to understand the rules! Should have reported her, but what would the point have been.
Please to say the service has improved a lot but now no online reporting as the system shows me on overstay, which I am not. No reply to emails so have to go in person, which is not good in these covid times.
