In case of the Chinese living in Thailand for more than 50 years and holing only Alien Registration Book, what does he have to do if he wishes to leave Thailand with intention to return?

If the Residence certificate has never been issued because the said alien was granted permission to reside in the country before the regulation to obtain a Residence Certificate at the Immigration Division Government Complex Building B, Chaengwattana (for the alien residing in Bangkok ) or at the Immigration Check-Point located the same area of the alien resident. Document required are as follows;
1.  Passport of the alien
2.  Alien Registration Book
3.  House Registration Book and its Photocopy
4.  Document of legal entering
5.  6 Photographs (size 4X6 cm.)
6.  Fee is 19,000 Baht
