I’m a New Zealand citizen working in Western Australia. I have a Thai partner who I’ve known for 8 years. We are not married. We’ve built a house in East Thailand. I’m 63 and want to retire there. I have more than enough funds to retire in Thailand. I am applying via the Perth Thai consulate for a 60 day tourist visa with option to extend 30 days once in Thailand.
