Hello, I live in Ban Dung Thailand using an O-A visa. It is time for my 90 day check-in with immigration. Can you provide me with a list of documentation needed for my check-in
I went this early morning to this office to check for Visa information with the current covid situation. I had a non O visa before I made in Singapore for my Thai son. It expired during amnesty. The guy I had to deal with was so arrogant around his 30s. He spoke to me like shit and very aggressive. “You are married you married? You have 400k in Thaï bank? If not you have to go before 31 of July.” I started showing him my Kasikorn bank book, birth certificate, I also have a court order proving I am the legal father of my son in Thailand. He threw me the instructions to make Visa. I told him staring at him “You are not very nice at all. I want to speak with somebody else.” He said you have to deal with me. I took my stuff looking at him very angry and told him he was very bad and moved my bags to sit somewhere to fill in the form. I was really pissed by his attitude. I could feel then he felt not at ease as everybody was aware of the situation in the office. He did not even give me the form. I asked him the form then and a girl gave me one. I started filling up the form. I then realized I needed to do my Visa in another Issan district as I am not resident in Udon as such. I went out passing by his counter staring at him again with this kind of look you prefer to avoid. The guy did not look at me but I could feel he was not at ease at all when I passed by. Just to say those freaking young arrogant employes think they can behave same a boss and speak like shit to Farang because he wears a uniform. It is so bad to behave like this especially during this uncomfortable time for us who have been living so long in Thailand and contributing to the economy. All the more I read only good reviews about this immigration office. So be cautious this office is far from being as nice as it seems by reading the reviews.
They need a bigger building to be more confortable for staff and visitors.
Small office, not too crowded.
