INGREDIENTS
- Bean Thread Noodle/Glass Noodle – 2 bundles (about 70g)
- Chinese Celery – 2 stalks
- Roma Tomato – 1 tomato
- Shallot – 1 bulb
- Shrimp – 6 (large)
- Squid – 3g (1 cup)
- Dried Shrimp – 1.5 tbsp (soak in hot water for 5 min)
- Ground Pork – 1/2 cup
- Roasted Peanuts – 1.5 tbsp
- Cilantro Leaves – 1 small handful
- Fish Sauce – 1 tsp to season pork (see video)
- Seafood Water – 3/4 cup (see video)
Dressing/Sauce for Yum Woon Sen salad
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Fish Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Fresh Lime Juice – 3 tbsp
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Cilantro Stem – 1.5 tbsp
- Chilis – 7 chilis
