Thai Basil – 2 handfuls
Young Green Peppercorn – 1 handful
Krachai – 1 handful
Shallots – 2 large bulbs
Garlic – 10 cloves
Red Chili (Thai Chili) – As much as you like
Water – 2 tbsp

Shrimp -1 lb
Scallops – 1/2 lb
Squid Tentacles – 1/2 lb
Vegetable Oil – 3-4 tbsp
Fish Sauce – 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 tbsp
