Equipment

Ingredients

  • 500 g minced pork
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 shallots thinly sliced
  • 6 cloves garlics sliced
  • 3 chillies
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce light (thin)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce dark
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • cup holy basil leaves

Instructions

  • Add the oil, shallots and garlic in a wok and fry for 3 minutes at medium high heat.
  • Add the minced pork, stir it and turn up the heat to high.
  • Add sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken broth to the frying-pan. Stir-fry until the broth is almost evaporated.
  • Add basil leaves and stir-fry until they are wilted.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
