Pork belly
It’s super flavourful and so yummy to eat with the simple dipping sauce… can eat 2 bowl of rice

Ingredients
- 400 g pork belly
Sauce to Marinate the Pork
- 100 g garlic
- 50 g soy sauce
- 20 g cooking wine
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Poke the skin of the pork belly with a knife.
- Blend the ingredients to marinate pork until smooth.
- Pour the sauce on the pork and mix well.
- Chill in the fridge for 3 days.
- Preheat oven at 250°C and bake for 15-20 minutes. Flip to the other side and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy with hot steaming rice.
MY friend that is the big problem….few portions of rice. We use pina kurat vinegar for dipping sauce. Soooooo yummmmmyyyy
